Motivating Healthy Habits

Through a smartphone or any web enabled device, (AFW) allows individuals to effortlessly track the three basic components of any healthy lifestyle: 1) increased consumption of fruit and vegetables, 2) drinking enough water, 3) and incorporating moderate exercise with ease.
